Questions

Is there a limit on teachers, children or messages?

No. The school package includes unlimited teachers, children, parents, classes, messages and notices.

Do parents have to pay?

No. The app is free for parents. Only the photo album is an optional extra, per child.

What happens to photos if the school leaves School Care?

The photo album belongs to the family, not the school. Parents keep logging in and keep their photos, and can take the album with them to a new school.

What if a parent stops paying for the album?

The album is hidden, never deleted straight away. Pay again and everything comes back. Only after 12 months without payment – and several reminders – are the photos removed.

Can both parents see the album?

Yes. Both parents (even if divorced) and invited grandparents see the same album. Only one person needs to pay.

How are payments made?

All payments are made securely through PayFast as a monthly debit order or card subscription. You can cancel at any time.
